As a result, Graham has progressed from a trainee estimator to a senior estimator who now manages a junior".

Graham Davies picks up the story and explains how he’s become a more effective member of staff progressing from trainee to senior estimator;

“The course completely changed my personality; I can now manage my workload more effectively and efficiently. To complete the course, I got to know all aspects of the business spoke to other employees and now have good overall understanding. I am more confident and feel I can now get the best out of the person working with me.” Central’s MD adds; “Looking to the future.
